i think it was about 8 songs. around 45 minutes. some really good stuff going on. a bunch of different styles. i know this is a dangle project, but i couldn\'t help but think how well most of the songs would fit into the breakfast catalog. i\'d love to see the treatment of these songs by a full band. that being said, the setup last night (chris on 6-string electric bass, drum machine, loop pedal) with a live drummer (mike ...) was very good. we can probably expect an online album within the next month or so. it might even be free.
hopefully he does another live installment soon. and if you can make it to new haven on a monday, you should dangle do it
oh and the turnout was ok. about 25 people legitimately listening to the music. probably another 40 or 50 in the back of the bar/back room. darian cunning sounded very good too, for the few songs i heard.
