I was suppossedly banned from ever going again to The Rinks in Shelton (last year)....but i go all the time this year....I think establishments say that crap on a power trip....

The deeeeew turned out to be deeeeeeeewkie. set 1 was the Green Day Dookie album played between RHCP tunes......Then the first set ended with Hunger Strike by Temple Of The Dog. The second set was supposed to be PJ\'s Ten between RHCP tunes. I dont think it happened, because I left about 15 min or so into it. They did get 3 PJ tunes in, Black, and 2 other PJ tunes that Tim plays in his solo acoustic rotation............The sound was tough.
I am hoping for a recap of the rest of the second set, but I dont think the staff of Corner Pocket were keeping the setlist and/or are even aware of this site..........
Some highlights as things went to hell:
PJ-Daughter & Still Alive, rawk!
STP-Vasoline - Tim on mic, Ad-guitar, Dave-drums
Helter Skelter - Ad on mic, Dave-drums (this has been in my head since I walked out and doesn\'t seem to be leaving anytime soon). With some Led Zep teases at the end. I would pay big money to see this one again.
Threw in an RHCP tune or 2.
