it was worth it. tim had started first set just as i walked in the door. when i got in there was talk about tim possibly playing a new original. i brought my friend ben who was underage.
i sometimes listen to the breakfast with ben in the kitchen at work and he wanted to check out tim acouistic when i mentioned he was playing right up the street. at the end of the first set the owner caught him drinking one of my beers and told us both to get out.
i live right near cj sparrow, so i went home for setbreak shaved, got some new clothes, and put on a blue hat backwards and then went back inside. i got to hear the new song, i forgot the title. then after that tim played gypsy girl for the first time since the days of 232. i am glad i made it back.
