this is about as good as it gets! i paid $99 for the same box a couple months ago.. just ordered another one for the bedroom!

these are fairly easy to upgrade. you could take out the existing hard drive and replace it with 1 or 2 bigger drives for virtually unlimited recording time..

tivo\'s Home Media option is now FREE (used to be a $99 fee).. so you can hook the TiVo up to your network (wired OR wireless) - you can play mp3\'s off of your computer in another room, and you can schedule your recordings online!

i first got a TiVo Series1 box a few years ago, and i was instantly hooked. it\'s a fantastic piece of equipment. i had a DirecTiVo when i had my short () run with DirecTV, then bought a Series2 box when i went back to cable.. this will be my 4th box, and it\'s going in the bedroom..
