  yeah.. this release is pretty barebones, but i\'m sure i\'ll be double-dipping....

• I have yet to own a DVD.  Pretty sad, eh?  I\'ve never had a CD burner either.  And I haven\'t had TV since May 2000.  Yikes, that\'s 4+ years living with no TV.  That pretty much explains everything.

  today, Buena Vista Home Entertainment is releasing the original Spider-Man TV series, in a nostalgic DVD compilation that showcases all 52 fully restored Spider-Man episodes from the 1967 TV series.
  
  Spider-Man: The \'67 Collection box set also includes the Spider-Man theme song in a bonus sing-along format, as well as an introduction by Spidey\'s co-creator and fabled comic-book legend, Stan Lee, in an exclusive booklet that features the complete lyrics to the famous song.

• Also available today from BVHE is Spider-Man vs. Doc Ock, where viewers will discover the origin of Doc Ock and learn about his transformation from respected scientist into a villainous superfoe. Spider-Man vs. Doc Ock features a "Sneak Peek Into Spider-Man: The Venom Saga" and a look at an upcoming animated tale starring Spider-Man. The classic comes to DVD and VHS in winter 2004.
