• IMO, the simpsons jumped the shark officially after season 10. Season 11 was the worst and people wanted to give up then. But as FOX is always desperate for a decent show the contract kept getting renewed. It just got reviewed for another 2 seasons, so there will be at least 18 years worth of simpsons. I wouldn\'t be surprised if it went 20 before they kill the show.

• Fox wants to be the proud owner of the longest running TV show in History. If it hits or exceeds 20 seasons then it will be just that.
  
  The Simpsons may not be a great as they use to but they are still a very good program.

• there was a torrent of the episode as of last night, but I don\'t know how legit it is, I began downloading it this morning, I\'ll keep you all posted as to whether or not its last night\'s episode
