there are still some loose ends and plot lines that will likely make for a great final season... but honestly they could have ended the show right there and I would have been completely satisfied. So yes, definitely one of the best season finales in TV history.

the fact that they spent the whole season adding to the mythology of gus the ruthless kingpin just makes his demise at the hands of walt that much more epic.
