given the \'retro-ness\' of this thread, TRL should probably be Dial MTV instead.

The question to this poll is what MTV show could you not miss?

I could miss them all and not have a second thought.

I do remember Remote Control. Wasn\'t Jenny McCarthy on it also?
Love many, trust few and don\'t be late.

MTV is and pretty much always has been faggotry.

thats nonsense.

the channel gave us Beavis and Butthead, Remote Control, the Tom Green Show, Buzzkill, Sifl and Olly, the Jon Stewart Show, Punk\'d, Loveline, the Real World(seasons 1-3), Celebrity Deathmatch, My So Called Life, the State, Alternative Nation, and Rich Girls

How much M is there in MTV these days (or even over the last decade)?  Music Televison: quite the misnomer.

On an unrelated note. MTV did kill real music.

The idea that you have to be good looking etc to make it. These were a plus in the pre-MTV days but since, it is the most important thing. It trumps talent for the most part.

How many classic rock bands would even be given a chance today ?

Reason this thread exists. Watching Vh1 late last night after driving home from OC and 120 minutes was on.

I LOVED the Maxx and Daria!  I wish the Maxx would come out on DVD...and that show that was on really late, Undressed, loved that too!  Actually, didn\'t they play a Breakfast song on that show once?
