i have been frequenting this website- pandora.com.  it is so awesome, you type in an artist that you like or a song you like and it will create a radio station of other artists/songs similar to the first artist you put in.  you all must check it out, its great!

guitarist from parliment/funkadelic. so damn good. for obvious reasons.

Spoken like a true P-funk afficianado. George, do you want more obscure, hard to find p-funk sideprojects?  I have Eddie Hazel\'s other album "Rest in P", along with a half dozen other offshoots ie Brides of Funkenstein, Mutiny, Fuzzy Haskins, Bernie Worrell\'s first album etc.  I actually thought about posting them in a thread. Seeing as most of them are out of print, or impossible to find, I figure it wouldn\'t make a big stink. But risk exposing myself as a hypocrite once again, I think I\'ll ask Dave before I start such a project.

I have been listening to Pandora at work a lot lately.  Songs from Real Radio can be found on that site.

Counting crows August and everything after.

Because I forgot how good this album was. I hope it will forgive me.

you know how I know you\'re gay?

flame on, the lyrics to that that first song "round here" still give me chills.

Never thought I\'d say this in a million years... but I\'m very bored with all the music I\'ve been hearing lately.

I was hoping that this thread would help me find something to revitalize my ears.

Slim, here are five albums off the top of my head which you\'ll find appeasing.

1.Dungen-Two Bitar (heavy psychedlia from Sweden (I think))

2. Jim O\'Rourke- Eureka/Insignifigance/Halfway to a Threeway - IMO the three best albums made in this century thus far.

3.Hum- Downward is Heavenward - Mid 90\'s post-grunge masterpiece

4.Mike Keneally Band- Guitar Therapy, Live!  Ex-Zappa stunt guitarist.  All Breakfast fans should be Keneally fans by default.

5. Kevin Drew- Spirit If... new album from Broken Social Scene co-founder.
