15 hours on a Saturday runs $2300 excluding drivers tip which is the most important piece. Without tip its about $76. The rate is a little higher because the bus is requested on a Saturday not a Sunday so its prime time rates.

thanks spaceman. obviously taking care of the driver is key. how much do you recon it will cost us with tip?

Honestly, I over tipped the guy last year but this one, I feel $10/each way should cover it. Obviously, the better the tip, the happier the driver.
I am going to haggle with them a little and see what room we have to play with.
Of course, is 15 hours too many hours or is it right? I mean, do we want to have more than an hour or so to do the lot.
I am pretty sure that we can have our own lot scene and make the people on the bus some money for their goods instead of some crumby w0ok.
Everything is open for discussion at this point.

that\'s a good point.. personally i\'m down for whatever. and cool on the $10 each for tip, that doesn\'t run up the price too much. totally worth it. cannot wait!
15 hours sounds about right. (Leave at noon, back at 3AM roughly.) I\'d rather pay a few extra bucks to be in the lot all day than to spend half the afternoon in traffic and feel rushed getting into the show.
I am happy to drive if any place offers bus rentals without drivers. I have every driving qualification you could possibly need.
if it is the saturday spac show, i won\'t be able to get out of work in time for the bus and if i did would have to miss sunday (which is my saturday and a pavillion seat).
tuesday is a one off show. 9 - 5ers... get out of work an hour or two early.

I would have to take at least a half day on Tuesday and most likely a half or full day off Wednesday (if it is anything like last year

)
Not possible for this M-F 9-5 \'er
And I agree w/ Wolfman...we should leave a little early if we can
Looks like almost a split in the polls at 11-8, but Yoda also voted for Saturday and he has no intention of going so it\'s more like 10-8. Blondie...now would be a good time to cast your vote
