:jawdrop: :holyshit: Bluegrass with a touch of amphetamines

I caught this band at the Continental Club while I was in Austin. They are a lot of fun. The mandolin player is amazing, banjo holds his own, guitarist is adept at breaking strings and the bass player plays a modified gas tank with two strings.

On a side note I have grown spoiled by the smoking ban in NYC. I had to throw my clothes in a plastic bag in the bathroom to keep my hotel room from smelling like cigarette smoke. Apparently in the coming months Austin has a vote coming up on a tougher smoking ban. Currently it is only prohibited in places depending on their liquor to food sales ratio.
