sounded pretty amazing last night.... had a much better time than I expected to. Actually got a bit teary eyed during a few tunes. I mean, come on, I was raised on this stuff.

Get him Jocelyn. I have a tape from \'69 w/ them and band and man it rips. Art can sing i will concede that. I am just over acts out to make some money. Let people buy the albums. I mean these guys have made it very clear they do not like each other so why tour? $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. That\'s why.

Yeah I definitely see your point and agree with it. I went because I had the opportunity (free ticket) so I felt like I should go instead of passing up the chance and then die never having seen them.

Oh, and your post reminds me: the energy between the two of them seeme d remarkably positive. I suppose it could have been contrived, but there was lots of smiling and laughing and hugging and whatnot.  Maybe they\'re mellowing out a bit. Who knows.

One awkward moment of the night though: a group of girls all yell out "we love you Paul" and Art just kind of looks at his feet. Then Paul says "well I\'m sure there\'s a big \'we love you Art\' coming" and of course the crowd gives it to him. But then Paul says "ok, now say, \'we love you Art, more than Paul\', ok Artie?" Awkward silence ensues...

That is classic. Poor Art.  NOT!!! The laughing and hugging etc. more likely due to the power of their music. They did write some powerful stuff.
