Hey, don\'t laugh at me. You should ADMIRE me for this one. :P My little brother really likes him, so I bought him 2 tickets to see him for his birthday. Little did I know when I bought them that he would want me to go with him. I don\'t get to spend much time with him so going with him was the right thing to do.

ahhh how sweet. Such a nice older sister. What I want to know is have you asked your parents to take your little bro to the Dr.? I mean Aikenitis can be damaging to one\'s cognitive abilities allowing the person to percieve the screeching emanating from Clay as singing. It is quite the problem among 12-13 year old girls, this is the 1st case I have heard of involving a boy.

I guess it\'s okay only if some of your good musical taste rubs off on him. Maybe someday he\'ll be scoring you Breakfast tickets. Clay Aiken, ouch.

ok Joe I get your point. ;)

Actually Leith, I do have to say... that Clay Aiken is one helluva singer. He has a pretty perfect voice, be it belting or crooning. Not screechy in the slightest. Never sings in his head voice like most pop stars, and doesn\'t sing in that airy voice that is so popular nowadays (ala Britney Spears.) This is why my brother loves him- he has a classical Broadway voice. I don\'t know if he can act or not, but with the way he sings, I would have to say that he is actually much more suited for Broadway than he is for being a pop star. Also because his songs suck!

He did a 5 or 6 song James Taylor medley which was sung beautifully. The band was allowed to play a bit during that part and they even turned the lights on them. (lol) Pretty bad when the best part (only good part) of a show is a medley of cover tunes.

Oh no now i can see Aikenitis is contagious. Joc get yourself an herbal remedy of choice, consume and get yourself a dose of some Bing Crosby to retune your ears.LOL Naah I hear ya though he does not seem to be any better than any understudy working now on Broadway he just picked the right show to showcase his ability.

Yeah I\'m achin for Aiken.

No. No. No. Not at all. I don\'t like him one bit, and it took a lot of beer to get me through that night. I was just recognizing the sliver of talent that he posseses.
