live nation seriously is THEE worst. I am glad I didn\'t go the Blockbuster route (thanks again, Ant!). Mark drove by there at 10:30am and the line wrapped around the building. Mark then went up to his office, using the four phone lines there (thanks town of hamden) called live nation. While, I, at work went online.

According to Mark, operator #1 was like, reserved seating! I have plenty. Mark is like, two please. She pauses. Then says, no sorry. I was wrong. there is no reserved seating.

Line two comes through with an operator. Mark once again is like, reserved seating, 2. Guy is like, I only have one reserved and one lawn....pauses...no wait...no reserved. sorry. The third operator comes on and goes...hi, sorry we\'re sold out.

Meanwhile, i am online, the **** freezes in the middle of the checkout with reserved seating. I can\'t get back in or out. So i have to hit refresh. LOSE everything. Go back in. All i can get is lawn.

So, in the end, I have two lawn tix. Whew.

scored 4 lawns at blockbuster, as did my buddy behind me

the guy in front of me (who was at least 45 minutes early) scored pavs, and if the kid at the computer had known what he was doin we coulda done better...

No dice on my end. But my buddy\'s got an extra Meadows for my extra SPAC. At about 1:00 decided to go on StubHub before the price really spikes and picked up another one for $90.

A little more expensive than yesterday but got what I needed.

Well, good news on my end. My mother, who honestly is pretty clueless, somehow got her way through the phones lines and scored me pavillion, section 700. Decided to just tell me nonchalantly as she walked through the door like it was the weather report. Today, she is awesome in my book.

SO, now I have two extra lawn tickets...

so here is my day, at blockbuster at 9, sixth in line. lottery happens, I stay 6. first person get 4 reserved, then lawn, lawn, lawn, lawn, and me.....sold out....then he pulls 1 lawn, I take it and leave line since I had my chance....a few minutes later, person behind me get 4 SECTION 100 tickets, behind him 4 reserved, and 2 reserved behind him....I said to everybody this was BS becuase I was only able to get 1 and they made me leave the line. Luckily I knew the person behind me who got secton 100, so he gave me one for my lawn seat, now I have to stub nicole down, but that is total BS that they wouldn\'t give me 3 of those reserves and the lawn I pulled. I HATE LIVENATION.

and single lawns were being pulled until after 1 at blockbuster.

I\'m going to make an attempt for Shoreline tickets tomorrow. If I get them, great. If not, the world will certainly not end and I will not being paying inflated prices for secondary market tickets.
