anyone else going to furthur at the oakdale on friday?????????
Yup! In the Loge.

Then heading to CJs.

Do not go in the main entrance on Turnpike Road. Go in the side entrance on Cook Hill Road and park as close as you can to the entrance.  After the show you can head out, take a left on Cook Hill and be at CJs in 5 minutes!

Cook Hill is the road on the side of the Oakdale right? If you were to come over the mntn from Cheshire?
That be it!

Well the more things change the more they stay the same.
12/30/09

I: Jam > Here Comes Sunshine > Bertha, Promised Land, Mississippi Half-Step > Deep Elem Blues, Lost Sailor > Saint Of Circumstance, Cosmic Charlie

II: Playin in the Band > Eyes of the World > Scarlet Begonias > Fire On The Mountain > King Solomon\'s Marbles, Unbroken Chain > Standing on the Moon > China Cat Sunflower > I Know You Rider
E: Lady with a Fan > Terrapin

Simply put, one of the best shows I have ever seen with Bob and Phil on stage together going back to \'85.

The Unbroken Chain was the best version I have ever heard and 1000x better than the one I actually got to hear with Garcia.
Really.

12/31/09
I: Shakedown Street, Jack Straw, Mama Tried, Candyman, Loose Lucy, Viola Lee Blues, Truckin

II: Help on the Way > Slipknot! > Franklin\'s Tower, Cassidy, The Wheel > Jam > Dark Star > Time > Uncle John\'s Band, After Midnight

III: Golden Road to Unlimited Devotion > Let It Grow > Cryptical Envelopment > Born Cross-Eyed > The Other One > Cryptical Envelopment > So Many Roads, St. Stephen > The Eleven > Not Fade Away
E: Sugar Magnolia

Then NYE. Typical mess I should be accustomed to by now.
The bold type was pretty damn good and So Many Roads had me in tears.
This band can reach the heights of glory and the depths of crap.
Hmm sounds just like another band I used to love.
Worrying is like praying for something you don't want.

really?  Wow, I didn\'t expect it to sell out... but it is a smaller venue, and these guys have been pickin up steam.  it\'s kind of a haul but you could probably pick one up down there if one were so inclined.  lemme know if you decide to go.
