carpal tunnel syndrome..im suffer from it too from using heavy vibrating equipment all day..it sucks.i wake up almost every night in pain because it feels as if both my hands are sleeping.sucks really.buy me a guinness or smoke a bowl with me to make it temporarily feel better!!
