Leith, do you have any suggestions for good TLG shows to download (off archive.org)?  I gave the stuff on their website a listen last winter and wasn\'t impressed.  I\'d like to give them a second listen.
Lobbying for a Kote>Beer Jubilee>Gypsy Girl>Prom 97>Vortex

teal leaf, IMO, is a band thats great live and mediocre to listen to on your own time. not sure what it is, but i my attention wanders when i put em on in my car. same thing with P-Groove, although i think they have better songs, i just cant listen to their shows day to day. TLG is a lot of fun live though, promise.
The crickets and the rust-beetles scuttled among the nettles of the sagethicket. "Vamanos amigos," he whispered, and threw the busted leather flintscraw over the loose weave of the saddlecock. And they rode on in the friscalating dusklight.  --Eli Cash

To tell you the truth I would just download any show from this year. They are really a different band depending on the venue. They can be kick back grooves or balls to the wall rock. The thing is tealeafers are big reviewers so any 5 star is really a 5 star show. So you can use that as a basis to choose.

Yeah well once you know the songs and know the lyrics they become waaaay less boring on disc. Believe it!

Seems to be the season for covering For What\'s It\'s Worth - the Country Joe Band are also doing the song at the moment too.

Thanks for the  heads up though, leith. Will definitely watch out for this one on etree/archive.

Here\'s that pic, by the way:

Thanx for the pic Andy. I do not know if we will be lucky enough to hear this. from what I gathered on the Tealeaf board no tapers. I find it hard to believe that no one taped though.
So cool to see this happening for them. Bob freakin\' Weir! maaaaan

You wish buddy. You\'re just mad because you know it could be your boys. Bob Weir knows who TLG is for sure. Tea Leaf is actually getting bigger and bigger due to their touring and prime spots booked for them w/ bigger bands DMB etc. No Bobby was probably talked into playing w/ them by Dennis McNally who is a known Tea Leaf fan.
