their first disc (rubberneck) is really really good. Gets regular play time in my cd player, but their second is completely different, and it\'s really heavy. I thought I heard they became satin worshipers or something like that
i didn\'t even see that one i just had to read it about 5 times before I realized it said satin, not satan
...and Buddy Rich.
None of you freaks mentioned Naked Society. I saw them
i saw the toadies 10 years ago with the rentals, what a sick show, first club concert i ever went to! radio 104!
the toadies live album live from paradise is
**** awesome to say the least, 3 years ago they played 4 shows in texas for nye and me and my buddies almost went down, money situation last minute, ate the tickets

same here. we used to listen to that disc for hours. tyler is quite possibly one of the best songs ever written.
I remember seeing The Toadies at the Convention Hall in Asbury Park; they headlined, but Reverend Horton Heat and The Butthole Surfers opened. We got to meet Todd after the show; pretty cool guy. I\'ve been looking to get a copy of the Live From Paradise, but every time I want to pick it up in the stores, it\'s over $20 for a single disc and I can never find it on ebay. I\'ll find it at a reasonable price some day.
As for bands I missed and wished I could have seen: The Doors, The Beatles, Led Zepplin, Steel Mill, Dr. Zoom & The Sonic Boom and The Castilles (the last 3 were all Springsteen Bands before the E-Street Band)
The Who, ~1995, Knickerbocker Arena, worst decision ever

same here with that live disc. Cheapest I\'ve found it for so far it $22 at best buy about 2 years ago, and I couldn\'t bring myself to spend that much on a single disc
I know that this is isn\'t completely on topic because I got a chance to see this band once with the original singer, but I wish that I could see the Misfits with Danzig again.
