I once threw up on a 6\' 6\'\' bouncer at Kenny\'s Castaways........It was after a TAB show at Roseland ballroom back in 2002 or something. Actually BillyChags and I couldnt get into the TAB show so we ended up sleezing our way into seeing Jimmy Smith and Lou Donaldson at BBKings. People had tickets for this thing for months but we just weasled our way into the late set during changeover......Ser show taboot....Anywho......We met up with our friends at Kenny\'s after the show....I was pretty ripped (drinking a lot of gin and tonics at the time) and took a huge gulp of a fresh cocktail when I felt the vomit coming. I turned around hand covering mouth looking for a garbage pail or something, but it was too late, and the vomit came through my hand like a fire sprinkiler and all over the giant bouncer............I thought I was donefor for sure. After toweling off, the bouncer patted me on the back, asked if I was okay, and if i needed another drink..............ahhhhhhhhh good times.....good times indeed......
but regarding the thread.........if life permits Sleeper, I will be there.....However, I may be too old to ride on the bus, but if life permits, I will be there........
