we were searching around for some stuff by furnace mountain (specifically, their badass cover of cashmere) and came across this, since furnace mountain will often have megan dancing with them (flat foot - like clogging , but different).... i highly recommend both furnace mountain and anything featuring danny knicely (the guy doing the whistle solo)!!
And for the record y\'all and a word north of the mason/dixon.
just so you know, i am an english tutor and could help with your grammar/vocab issues.
but i think what you\'re trying to say is that "y\'all" "ain\'t" a word north of the mason dixon. at which point i say, it\'s a damn good thing i\'m south of the mason dixon line, ain\'t it?!
Sorry. I don\'t like it much in the south. I had a very eye opeing experience at the University of Georgia that has made me never want to visit the state again.
other than the hot dumb chicks, several really good bands, some friends, great times at shows and festivals there and the hot dumb chicks, i can do without georgia, too...
I think the north/upstate can really get me way stressed out. Sometimes I wish I lived in the south..Just stroll through, drinkin\' sweeeeet teaaaaa. Sometimes us yankees are way too prone to unloading all of their stress and fury at random strangers. ex, in a store, on the road, etc.
Onto other notes, I enjoy country/bluegrass for the first time in my life, and I now realize why. It just feels like camping in the woods. I def. like to escape the city amap! (as much as possible)
