What I find amazing about this album is that there are many small snippets in songs that seem to be sticking out in my mind that I normally have not noticed live and it has developed a new kind of respect for many of the songs. Having listened to it basically non-stop since I have gotten it, I still can\'t really decide which song is my favorite because there are sections and movements in each that make the song more dynamic that I originally thought.
Love many, trust few and don\'t be late.

At this point, can only narrow it down to: Honeybutter, Psygn, Late and the Great, Overexposure.

Like the "Queen moment" in Dimension 5, I hear a Chili Peppers vibe in snippets of Honeybutter and a trace of Weezer towards the end of Late and the Great.

Yes, Good Things is quite nice, great on the album and great live (in Colorado it sure was), but the honey butter, the change ups are nice.  Still, voting for one is hard, this album is just that, not a series of pieced together songs.  It is a huge and drastic shift from Real Radio, going back to raw, breakfast.  I like all of it, it changed my mind about sureal radio, and now I love future peek.  Then of course there is TLATG>OE.  That staff is dynamite!

I don\'t recall ever being owned by any Psygn jams, though I\'ve only heard the tune live a handful of times.

Freddie, you hit it on the head, I couldn\'t agree with you more. The jam in Psygn live is mind blowing!  Can\'t wait to see \'em play it at Fonghoulish.  Only two weeks away.  See you there.

I gave Gavin $20 in Chicago for a copy, but retarded me paid him AFTER the van was packed up....so that means I\'m stealing one from the table at the Freakout

i was between Psygn and OE through 5 to 6 listens. I have to go with Psygn, it just does it for me. Timmy extends ceilings in Indian heavens, piercing holes, at times, with spine-tingling harmonic notes that fall from another moon painted orange. that may sound a bit ridiculous yet it pinpoints my feelings hours ago listening to the epic Psygn -- staring at Mount Adams over a beer and a smoke.

This album makes me feel younger and excited.

Straight through this is a HUGE step up from the flacidness of Real Radio. They\'ve showcased their strength -- jamming -- toned up their potential in songwriting, and greatly improved their weakness -- vocals.
It\'s a little bit disheartening knowing that Jordan is done after his best studio work (whatever takes silver is diiiiistant from Moxie). But the show must go on, and it is, with relentless, unforced energy.
Psygn, Honey Butter, Good Things, The Late and the Great > Over Exposure are what music needs and now has.

*Blown away by Moxie Epoxy*

btw, (in the book) the chorus in Surreal Radio should read "You are listening to," not too, and the last verse is missing... :wtf2:

The crickets and the rust-beetles scuttled among the nettles of the sagethicket. "Vamanos amigos," he whispered, and threw the busted leather flintscraw over the loose weave of the saddlecock. And they rode on in the friscalating dusklight.  --Eli Cash

Now that I have my own Moxie Epoxy, I can finally vote. Hands down Over Exposure! I love this album from start to finish. I think it could have been longer though. They should have had eppie 3 on there, just like they should have played eppie 3 at the freakout. oh well, great job guys. Oh and Vic, it sounds fuckin great, so crisp.
