I think there\'s a reason they don\'t play it as much though, doesn\'t get the crowd going as much
alot of people dont\' like tricky ways and honestly I dont\' get it, you should have seen the crowd at Strangecreek it eat up, (I guess you can actually, since there\'s video available now)
whens the poll end? I have yet to hear all of the new tunes enough to make an educated answer? if anyone can make a new tune compilation that\'d be great, if not I am currently in the process of finishing listening to all of them.

Yep. In the words of my buddy Chris who\'s been to like 5 shows, 3 of which had "Tricky Ways".... "That song totally kills the flow of the show"
For the record he thinks everything else the band does is pure genius, and is probably going to be a fan for life
Personally I think its a really generic blues song and I don\'t like that kind of music to begin with. The contrast between Tricky Ways and something like Rufus, Tribal Funk, or Puppetry .. well, its a whole different style of music. IMO one style is definitely inferior to the other.

rujah i know chrisf made up a cd of pretty much all the new tunes we are discussing here.... we called it the "surreal sampler" and if im not mistaken todd has been handing out said cd with the early admission passes so i would assume there are many copies available of this prize u desire
ps i voted for psygn too, but it is really difficult with all the style changes.... intension and good things are my next two, but i could probably put all three of these songs in one category as "my favorites" and just say that at different times they all satisfy my musical thirsts
pss tricky ways is the catchiest of all the new tunes, which, to the
**** breakfast aficionado, is not exactly what your lookin for all the time.... but new fans are gonna get down to this tune (a la strangecreek) and come back for more and get there faces blown of by the likes of tribal or puppetry..... oh and i will get down as well...... very hard...... like ser grime time with sweat runnin down my back and moistening my undergarments

It\'s Overxposure by a whisker over Honey Butter, with Eppy III just half a length behind. The raw psychedelia of Overexposure is facemelt factor 10. Don\'t forget that Late and Great is almost 5 years old (debut: 10/26/01), so it\'s not new, just back from a long hiatus like Love Lake.
I have some free time today, so I am going to get with the times and dl a compilation cd with all the new songs on it. Are there any particular versions that are easily available (etree or LMA) I should check out for each song?
My fav is HONEY BUTTER for sure...I love that song
