Rufus\' rarity and the fact that it is a difficult song for Tim to play the way he likes make Rufus my choice.
Buquebus still rocks my soul however when they get into the gnarly ambient type jams.
ambient was the word I was looking for earlier.

i might be down for this...kickball is one of the few sports i take seriously and competitively..i put it in the same category as wiffleball, volleyball and of course badminton

the opening chords in rufus get ya right off the bat..buquebus you gotta get into, but can be a dominating force in a set.. im goin rufus
Rufus is a sick ass tune and one of the best breakfast tunes going....it almost had my vote just because it is a relatively rare Animal original composition.....
However.....
I went with Buquebus becaust it lets everyone in the band step up and add their flavor in the tune..... it is a bit more intricate and the jams that have been developing within Buquebus have been some of the most amazing instrumental breakfast to date....

How do you see Buquebus as more intricate? I ask only because after a particularly ripping Rufus in \'03, Timmy mentioned to me that he needs to practice more on the guitar to play Rufus properly. Now it is almost 2 years later and he has indeed improved his playing on this song. It is still an intricate song for a player of Timmy\'s caliber even now. I also feel if they played this song more it would lend to some pretty interesting jams for sure where everyone would be able to add their bits.
