they are artisits, they don\'t work inside a structured time frame. besides they took all of your money and got drunk, so when they wake up from their Hemingway Hangover, they stumble to the Post Office.

or

they simply have been slowed down due to the Holiday and in the Post Office things get slow during the Holidays.
