i read they were the ser.
take the E to the A to the D...you\'ll be all set

is this really worth listening to, or am i going to be once again disappointed by another long winded insult from a bunch of big haired narcissists who think they\'re smarter than me and are going to tell me so by jerking each other off on stage for hours at a time?  seriously, i wish this band hadn\'t put out an amazing first record so that i would just friggin give up on them already and not keep coming back to them in hopes that maybe they\'ve gone back to their old ways of not sucking and thinking their geniuses....

Cedric talks to YOU right before Drunkship.

you really didn\'t like The Bedlam In Goliath?! i thought it was easily their best since De-Loused.

i thought it was a yawn fest...

regarding cedric talking to me, is it the routine where he\'s all like "this one\'s for all you fuckers who want us to make the same record over and over, blah blah blah i\'m gonna whine because you don\'t like our other records".  yeah i\'ve heard that one before.

guess maybe this band\'s not for you, JC.

but they started so strong!  i got so excited!

man, when will people realize that my opinion is the right one?

This is exactly the impression I got from this band.  Way too much ego for my taste.  Should have gone to see wilco, instead.

who cares, like none of you here liked a band that had **** or dudes with egos in it.  their music is like the best **** out there right now, in my opionion.  but hey, to each their own.  can\'t wait to hear this and i can\'t wait to see them, once their egos allow them to plan a u.s. tour...

The Mars Volta is the most frustrating act in all of music right now.  The talent is undeniable, but the direction?  I\'ve decided they don\'t want me to get it, and I guess I\'m giving up. For me listening to them is like watching LeBron James, if, during parts of every game he decided he really didn\'t basketball and sat on the ground and played with his headband.
A man who has seen the things I have seen,
experienced the loss and pain I have experienced,
I transcend race, hombre.

since when does a band need direction?  sorry, sometimes it\'s just fun to disagree.  i think it\'s more like lebron sitting down then taking his shoes off, putting them back on and catching an alley-oop.  that\'s what i love about them.  this is honestly the first time i\'ve heard any negativity about them, weird.  but, i guess when your great everyone wants to knock you down.  that was obviously me being very dramatic.  still can\'t wait to see \'em.

All I know is, this show kicked ass.  Thanks for the recording Dave!

Just downloaded it.  Thanks Dave.
