^^^agreed......i\'ve been to a retirement party tonight for a good friend and i\'m taking out my blues on the board i guess. i made it to mardi gras fu so i \'m still supporting and i certainly hope work allows me to go to this.....but....well...i was just saying

Hey Duane. Yeah I just think that the plan is working. By plan I mean the effort to get more exposure for The Breakfast via side projects that actually get attention.
It seemed to have started awhile back with the Waldman Project sit in\'s which did get some press and continuing now with Kung Fu which is receiving a bit more attention.

I have been a long time proponent of using Tim/Adrian solo gigs to give promoters a double bill for the price of one so to speak with The Breakfast.

This seems to be in that vein and I like it.
Hopefully when I get back from Europe I can get out for some shows but I will def. be at THE WEDDING in July.

Get used to it. Negativity has gotten us as a fanbase nowhere and it certainly doesn\'t do a damn good thing for the band.

Patience is a virtue many Breakfast fans have lost but the band has certainly not.

I think the rumblings being created with Kung Fu and Tim venturing further out for solo gigs will eventually turn to waves and it may take all of this year and maybe the next for them to be able to tour decently again but this is the best path I have seen this band attack in a looooong time.

sorry brah, but the ABB do NOT suck. I will admit they were getting kinda tired years ago, but when oteill and derek joined the band they were reborn, those two are some of the most amazing musicians i\'ve ever seen. just unreal talent. derek is on another planet. just cuz ya can\'t throw down gangsta style doesn\'t mean it sucks.
