something tells me that if you go back and re-read the fine print on the contract for that show, they reserved the right to tape and release audio from it for all the bands that played there.

either that, or some taper found a way to make money on their old ****.

Sounds shady either way.

all of gathering of the vibes 2004 is up there. ive never seen this listen on amazon because its listed under the band name "The Breakfast (f/k/a Psychedelic Breakfast)"

I agree with Paul, it sounds **** shady to me.  Echidna\'s Are [?] (Of You) and Buquegus [?].  How could someone buy this unauthorized **** with those horrible spelling mistakes? :sigh:  I\'m out, especially if the bands not getting a piece of it.

For some reason this reminds me of how when the band first toured the west coast in 2002, Amoeba Music on Haight Street in San Fran had copies of Deuce in the $3 bin yet we were selling them at the merch table for $12.  It was just so weird.
