Author Topic: Well @ least one of my friends gets it!!! (Read 1744 times)

So during lunch today I was playing some Breakfast(2/18/06 Set II) for some friends.

My friend Micky asks who they are and said he was really digging them. He asked if any of them were black. I said no but why did he ask.
He said he heard alot of soul coming from them in their playing and energy. He said he really thought the rhythm section was a couple of black guys because they held it down so well. Of course he was amazed by Timmy and kept caling them jazz fusion and noticing all the jazzy drumming Adrian was doing.
He was stoked on the sampler I gave him and is planning on seeing the guys @ Winston\'s.
He kept mentioning how much energy he felt even through disc. He is going to have a heart attack @ Winston\'s!!! lol

I think you 3 have missed the point.
The Breakfast OOZE SOUL as evidenced by my friend\'s belief some of them were black. So Yeah Freespirit some white people have rhythm & soul, spacey you do know 4 of them and see choog.... it is not impossible.

yea, but I was close - I only had one L and the i and a were reversed (defibralitor), otherwise, I thought I did quite good. :yay:

Man that night at Iron Horse was SICK! I dont remember the color of the band members....I kept getting pink lights shooting through my brain at the top of the stairs:biggrin:
