Yeah sometimes but what I want to know is how my opinion just because it differs makes me a moron?

I do believe i have a right to my opinion and it is that an opening slot for DMB is not that great a fit for The Bfast. It will do them some good if they get it but it is not going to launch them into the public eye as some posters seem to think.

and leith, i don\'t understand what your motive is in filling this thread with cynicism (sp?). i understand you are entitled to your opinion, and you have every right in the world to voice it, but i just dont see what purpose it serves in this particular case.

Hey why can\'t i have a bad day? Why does every post have to be pro Bfast?
I never said anything abt the band that is not true.
I just feel it is not a great fit.
I can think that and post that all I want to. I also posted in my posts that it could be a good thing I just don\'t think it is.
I personally think the guys would be better served just getting out on the road and showing what they have to offer. An opening gig unless it were multiple dates would give them some benefit in the city they played in and that\'s abt it.

I just think of the opposite side of negative reaction can do more damage then good. I can just see the meathead frat guys that tend to frequent DMB shows to p/u low self esteem teeny boppers not liking The Breakfast(as they have no musical taste in general) and spreading **** like " The Breakfast? dude I saw them open for Dave and they just jammed the same **** over and over and they can\'t sing. They played a cool message in a bottle though"
