Hello people of the breakfast family,
we are very excited about chris joining the band. I have been playing with chris at random gigs for the last few years and everytime we played together i thought to myself "this guy is amazing." When I first joined the breakfast he said "let me know if you guys ever need a bass player." I told him that that we were never going to need a bass player. It did seem strange to me that just when the time came that we did need a bass player, here was this talented, versatile player who happened to love the breakfast. There is a "meant to beeness" to the whole thing. Chris will be bringing in his original tunes, vocals, acoustic and electric bass, guitar, and who knows what else. The rehearsals have been great. New tunes are coming along. He is loving the music and has a lot of faith in the band. I think you will be very happy when you hear him. Come say hi and meet him at Bottega between 8:30 and 10:30. Please help make him feel welcome in the community.

If I didn\'t have pool playoffs, I\'d be there. Highly doubt I\'ll be out of there by 10:30, but ya never know.

apparently, adrian joins the lineup next week. met chris tonight @ bar. no reason to not do this > bar next week. :thumbsup:

If I could have seen the future earlier and known that I was not going to shoot and that our team was going to flubber, I would have been there. Good to hear about next week. I will probably be there.
