It would be a great idea, Leith.
They\'d get tons of press.
It would take tons of balls and even more practice, but...
God damn, people would lose their ****.

Exactly.

Sleeper, my silly little friend, let me ask you...

Who makes up the bulk of the B\'fast current audience?
Who is the Bfast\'s target audience?
Who are they playing for in **** Burlington?

Playing a Phish cover album on Halloween ala Phish in Phish\'s hometown would bring them HUGE attention.
I bet it would sound good, too.

I\'ll take a 40-minute Moma Dance over all of Junta any day.
Put the pointed pencil in the pepper-po and take a little sniff of the things below. :sadban:

Yeah but RAQ just did a Zappa set they would just be copying RAQ!

Tim did a Diesel Experiment in 2000 playing a full set of Zappa, so RAQ clearly copied Tim.

I remember that night.  It was a good show.
The best music is essentially there to provide you something to face the world with - Bruce Springsteen

It\'s all about recognizing a great opportunity when it presents itself and I think this could be one.

I like Story of the Ghost as an overall production far better, but the Junta songs are the songs that put Phish on the map.
Could be the songs to put the Bfast on the map, too.

Yep and yep

Fluffhead is the only song off Junta I would care to see Breakfast play. Billy Breathes or Story of the Ghost is where its at.....
and even then I\'d rather just see Breakfast light up their own tracks

I really doubt playing Junta is some great opportunity either. I mean, coooool , so they played it. But there\'s a reason its pretty rare to hear somebody listen to Junta all the way through. And that reason goes by the name of Union Federal, Esther, and Sanity. Aka songs that suck and would suck to hear Breakfast play.

lol thanx
I just think the guys with the addition of Matt are ready to make a statement and everyone\'s bar seems to be topped with Phish nowadays and The Breakfast can tear that **** down with one show in the right setting.
