Thread revived.  Since we last discussed this (in thread form) there have been 4 first time played originals as well as the reappearance (for one night, anyway) of Love Lake.  I figure it\'s worth the bandwidth.

The List (songs that do not appear on a (Psychedelic) Breakfast album [Zone 1 not included])

Beer Jubilee
Bugs
The Chase
Cut Me Some Slack (instrumental)
Dig
Episode 3 (Awakening)
Funk-A (instrumental)
Funky Bill\'s Circus Clich? (instrumental)
Gladys Pimp & Kangaroos With Me

Sundance
Wake Up In A Coma (instrumental)

And allow myself to quote... myself, from the initial post of this thread way back when...

To give some scope about how little this means, remember, first of all, that this is my NO INSIDER INFORMATION and USUALLY WRONG opinion.  And more importantly, when Bona Fide was released, only three of the songs on Real Radio (Fairy, Score, and The Grand Scheme of Things) had ever been played live.

Are there any other studio outtakes besides "Jive Talkin", "Love Lake", and "Earache My Eye"?

Forgot about Mooboo\'s and Tribal instrumentals.....

DIG AND CHASE MUST BE FOUND!!!!  I would love to hear PB outtakes as well... This is so unfair.  That\'s enough material to make disc one of a rarities box set: "Spoiled Eggs"

I have a ton of studio outakes that I\'m yet to go through from real radio. I think the only thing I didn\'t get a copy of was dig and fairy because they were recorded a day I wasnt there, and the covers because I went to see pearl jam in boston the night they recorded them. I have the vocal/solo acoustic only rehersal that became fresh cut, all takes of inner glimpse (6 or 7 of them), sleeping beauty(5), vera st, doughboy(4 or 5), both gravities, both grand schemes without the drum solo, All 7 of no regret, all the scores, the score horns by themselves, all the d5s, plus the fun stuff like adrian playing piano, the legend of a sausage trilogy, **** in my sockets and other silly songs along that line, a ton of alternate guitar solos that never made the album, etc, etc, etc.

Altogether I have around 70 hours of outtakes, and, as a wise man once said:

that (insert song name ) is on "lockdown".. sorry.

The crickets and the rust-beetles scuttled among the nettles of the sagethicket. "Vamanos amigos," he whispered, and threw the busted leather flintscraw over the loose weave of the saddlecock. And they rode on in the friscalating dusklight.  --Eli Cash
