Saw Kung Fu for the first time post-Phish Chicago. It was awesome. BUT it got me to dust off my Breakfast compact disc collection and it's been 5 days of non stop air band driving and reminiscing (might have even shed a tear of joy when I gave 11.11.05 Madison a spin). **** version Buqueebs, I have also experienced the furious resurrection of anger that this band hasn't headlined Bonnaroo yet.
Nothing would make me happier than to see The Breakfast pull out a handful of shows more here and there. Unfortunately I can't make it out to Bella Terra or Worcester in November, and it'd be foolish to hope for a midwest jaunt at this point. But if the boys announce a short run of 2-setters out east at some point no way I'll miss it. Still the best.
