so, um, are people dressing up for the toads and northampton shows, or only for vermont? I\'m going to feel pretty dumb if I get all dressed up and I\'m the only person at toads in a costume.

Having people dress up at all 3 is not a good move.  there will be more people without costumes at toads then with i have a  feeling, and Toads is not the Freakout. Neither is North Hampton. Being one of a handful of people dressed up when noone else is, is worse than being that guy that didnt dress up.  i dont know why this bothers me, but i just dont like it. You dont have a New Years run and do a count down/Auld Lang Syne each show and pretend its a New Year.

Yeah, but Brahlington isn\'t on Halloween, so we shouldn\'t dress up then either I guess.

My guess that if the band didn\'t want people to dress up for all three shows, they shouldn\'t have called all three dates the fongoulish freakout.  I understand it\'s an adveritising thing, but I think it\'s just diluting the FF by call all 3 dates part of it

I guess if you can\'t make all 3 nights, or if you can\'t make bhralington but do the other two, dress up for toads or northampton. Would def suck to show up and have no one else in a costume.

This actually just reminded me one time a few years ago we got some people to all dress up hawaiian at a blues cafe show. Got lays, hawiian shirts, board shorts, etc. I think there was a straw hat or two. No reason, just to confuse people. The best part was when you got the random fat white guy who was wearing a hawaiian shirt just because walking into the bar and looking all confused. And tim asking why we all had lays. Ah, memories.

<-counts down to new years at every show, right before I wish peaches a happy birthday.

they didn\'t really but i figured a large part of the people will not go to all three so it\'s basically the Halloween show in each of the area. Make it an event and more people will see it as a good chance to go out and party

I think Toads might have called it the Freakout with out the band knowing they were.

I believe that Toad\'s printed them with the Freakout information. Toad;s is just trying to get people through the door.

I do have plenty of tickets if anyone needs them.

dressing up three nights in a row seems a little excessive to me but I am not about to stop anybody.

Paul, you\'re a brave man. I would never trust this group of characters to tell me that everybody is dressing in costume for a show.
