Did anyone call you a n00b or anything along that little "hazing"? I think you may have gotten away without that call. Either way, welcome.

Hey guys...I\'ve come to a revelation...
I was totally on heroin, listening to Escher\'s Etchings and looking at my M.C. Escher poster, and then it hit me...
Escher\'s Etchings is about the artist M.C. Escher!!! You know, that guy who does those drawings with the stairs and stuff. Just thought you all might like to know.
now your just talking plain old crazy...
HEY!! With the exception of very few people on this board, we were all NEWBs once (and some of us still are.... after years).

take your salvation somewhere else.
No one every called him a n00b, we are simply stating that we knew about the Beef Barley=Chris Farley.
Which brings me to a question for the wizard, Was the song originally named Chris Farley? Because on August 10, 1999 they band played a
Chris Farley > Flower Punk
at Cafe Nine. On 10/30/99 the song is labeled Beef Barley, that I believe was the 1st Fonghoulish Freakout at the Puppet House. On the lyrics page the song is credited with a 10/30/99, which I assume is the first time played date.
yeah, i believe they called it \'chris farley\' when they first wrote it, but soon changed it to beef barley (before it was first played).
http://thebreakfast.info/forum/showthread.php?t=4689&page=3So, umm, Dave, ya sure it was changed before it was played, or was it playe donce as CF then switched, or the CF Spacey sees in that setlist could be a different song? The world may never know. . .
ok, i\'ll admit it...
at my second show (4/30/04) or maybe it was my third show (5/1/04), whatever, they were playing BB and i started laughing, leaned over to todd and asked, \'are they really singing about the soup?\' and he said \'no, they\'re singing about chris farley. great ain\'t it?!\' or something along those lines. unfortunately, due to the volume of the band and my allen woody ruined hearing, i thought he said, \'no, they\'re singing about beef barley.\' and i thought maybe he didn\'t know that beef barley was a soup. jill had to clue me in later on....
i know. i suck.

When I first heard it I thought it was about soup too....
