Hey,

Just got the latest issue of Relix and saw that someone reviewed Moxie Epoxy. Sorry if anyone on this board wrote it, but I had a really hard time understanding what the hell the reviewer was talking about!! The language was totally obsure. Overall, however, it ended with a negative tone and was pretty short. I wonder how much a positive review in Relix really matters anyway?

I no longer receive Relix, both b/c of the crappy CD\'s and lack of the Breakfast.
I\'d love to read the review, though, no matter how negative

i don\'t think the latest issue is available online yet. the site is http://www.relix.com if you want to check back in a few. wish i had the magazine in front of me right now to pull a few quotes, but i don\'t, sorry.

the review didn\'t bash the cd, but it definitely didn\'t praise it either.

I find Relix to give good reviews towards the "poppy" bands. For example, Umphrey\'s and/or Tea Leaf Green. I happen to like some of their songs, but they don\'t fall into (at least for me) the category of the "****" jam band.

There\'s a big problem with today\'s jam band scene... 1) It\'s starting to get poppy and radio friendly, and 2) there\'s too many jam bands. The scene is flooded with talent and no one is really standing out above the rest.

Just my 2?.

a good relix review would completely give the band the boost it needs right now..

oh yeah of course The Breakfast :rolleyes:

What award does Relix give out and when did they receive this award?
Moxie Epoxy was a pretty good album to some but I can totally see how a reviewer from Relix and other mags may not.
Even if the reviewer listened to it.
To tell the truth after the 1st week of listening to it I haven\'t put it on since.
Deuce and Real Radio get more play if I listen to studio Breakfast.
