How is the crowd at Middle East shows?  I have never been there (even though my office is 2-3 miles away) and hate to admit that I probably won\'t be there this coming Friday.  I will make it up by attending the Wheelhouse on the 18th.  I should be at the Cambridge show but basically have other plans with people that I don\'t get to see often who most likely won\'t want to jam.

Hey Al or anyone else that knows the area, what\'s a good restaurant?  for our anniversary.  prefer walking distance of the venue.
thanks

I dont know exactly what kind of place you want to eat at, but the menu at the middle east looks pretty awesome to me.

I have only been upstairs where the stage is, so maybe the restaurant isnt fancy enough for your anniversary.

Hi Melanie,

There is a website you may want to visit to help in developing your plans for Friday night in Cambridge.  Go to http://www.cambridge-usa.org and you can search for restaurants by food style/ethnicity (click visitor info then click restaurants).  Since the club is in the area of Central Square/Harvard Square, you can also search for restaurants by location within the city.  Cambridge is a tiny city and only covers a few square miles so travelling by foot should be easy.  The selection of restaurants probably won\'t disappoint you either as you can find nearly any type of food you want.  Let me know if you need any other help.

It\'s the first weekend back at school.  I\'ve got a six of Guinness stouts (which will probably be 3 or 4 by tomorrow night) and 5 or 6 Bud Lights (ughh) to get my Fairfield on.  So as much as I\'d love to join you, getting drunk and passing out will prevail.  Enjoy.
