plus, weren\'t there mentions of another new ronnie tune and an adrian tune or two that haven\'t appeared yet?? even without, that\'s a huge sounding album right there!!!
and, on a completely unrelated note, i think adrian should legally change his name to "Drumatrono"!

escher\'s pt. 3
may fly disarray
that\'s a nice looking tracklist right there. i think may fly would benefit greatly from some good studio work.. gladys - eh, not so much.. the song itself is so short, it\'s really all about the jam, which is best explored in a live venue, imo. Gladys was actually recorded for the \'PB\' album and was scrapped (easy to see why when you listen to the outtake!).
i think may fly would benefit greatly from some good studio work..
especially with some harmonized ending triplets, ala phil\'s addition to the mayfly he played on!
what other tunes havent been done in the studio?

Okay, where the hell did Escher\'s Etchings pt. 3 come from. Is that farting synapses or do you know something we don\'t know?
I would throw Sundance or Hard Luck Harry (preferrably both) on there for another Jam sort of tune. Medium length: Language of the Gods or Love Lake. As for quickies, I would say Dig or Bugs. Or how about a Son of Simpleton with a structured Jam to start it or maybe a segue from Escher\'s Etchings pt. 3?
escher\'s part 3 was played in a late night keyboard jam session.
its real, just hasn\'t been properly debutted yet.
or something.
Take away Good Things, add Mayfly and two new tunes and you\'ll have epicness....
your silly if you think Good Things isn\'t gonna be on the new album (whenever that does happen)
serious disagreement here, joe! good things is the best tune of the lot in terms of power and maturity. the main issue i imagine fokls have with it is that the vocal lines sound like a beatles tuen. i don\'t know why that would be a bad thing, but so be it. when it comes to the music, though, what song has that level of built in passion? eppy 3 should have it, but i still think that good things has it more.
yeah a studio recording of good things is EXACTLY what a new album would need.
i smell single.
Musically it\'s a black sheep in the batch of new tunes. Don\'t get me wrong I\'m a huge fan of mellow Breakfast (Vera, Love Lake), but Good Things seems laughable compared to the new stuff coming out. For instance compare the vocal delivery Tim gives in The Late and The Great to Good Things, now that\'s
**** power!! I was streaming a recent show with Good Things on it and I was ALMOST won over because of the jam section, but I doubt a studio version would have an extended improvised ending. I\'d rather have an extended psychedelic 12 minute studio Intension than a 4 minute Good Things..
your opinion is wrong, sir.
I would love to hear an album that consisted of somethign liek Queeb Rufus Gladys Scheme but that\'s not gonna happen like a show you gotta have breather tunes in there. Of course musically it\'s no Scheme but it\'s powerful in it\'s simplicity
