Moderators, feel free to move/delete this thread/post if it is a repeat of an earlier thread/post, but since I have not been checking in as often as I have in the past I am not sure if it\'s repetitive.

Anyway, I just imported Moxie into iTunes to put in my ipod, and it imports as artist name of: BREAK FAST. Anyone else notice this? Not sure what the other albums pop up as seeing as I can\'t locate any of mine.

that\'s a little weird.. here\'s why...

here is the CDDB entry for Moxie Epoxy. as you can see at the top, it looks just like what you posted, ant: BREAK FAST. however, at the bottom, it clearly says Artist Info : The Breakfast.

here is the freedb entry for Moxie Epoxy. it clearly says The Breakfast / Moxie Epoxy, with no sign of BREAK FAST anywhere.

i\'m not sure why itunes is pulling BREAK FAST as the artist name.. neither EAC nor dbPowerAmp have this problem -- they both import the correct artist name..

so.. uh.. i dunno.. perhaps we can get that CDDB entry changed.. but i guess it\'s also possible that itunes has it\'s own database..

Yeah I thought this was kind of annoying. It\'s not that big of a deal though.... seeing as the Breakfast albums wouldn\'t all be together on my ipod anyhow since some are under pb and some are under tb.
