I keep getting told that they are going to do it. Let\'s get one up there ourselves, because if we wait much longer the band will have another cd out!!

I ordered my 2nd copy from Amazon so I\'m still waiting.
My first copy is obviously opened, so bringing that up would be super amateur.
Anyone got an unopened I can buy to send up there?

Vic should GIVE you one since it is going to radio promo. You are in effect the carrier no different than ups to something that they should be writting off.

Naturally though, bring some cash :sigh:

from what i understand an unwrapped cd isn\'t that bad. my girlfriend works for a band and she does promo and she\'s told to take the plastic off because some stations get so much stuff (cd\'s and promo) if it has plactic on it they won\'t bother even opening it.

I still hold, best bet to get A song (not necessarily the one that will win fans though) is to use Tricky ways and push it on Beef Stews Blues show. You can EMAIL Him to request it:

Quote
Sunday Night Blues with Beef Stew - 6PM - 12AM
 call 525-WCCC (860 area code).

For complete instructions go to page 1 of the thread, but in summary:

1 day a week (or more if you\'d like) call this radio station @ (860) 525 WCCC.
Request the designated song (TBD) during the 10pm-11pm request hour.
Ideally we can have 5-10 different people call each day and the ablum some airplay.

I could not find contact info for WVOF but every Wednesday at 6 PM SHARIN\' IN THE GROOVE looks like a good candidate for requests

Okay, after much delay let\'s get this rolling:

1. The number/website 860-525-WCCC http://www.wccc.com/

2. The song: Future Peek

3. The time 10-11pm weekdays - DJ Jeff Slater (not to be confused w/ AC)

4. The people and your days:

FreeSpirit, Todd - Monday
derickw,Spacey - Tuesday
Me!,peaches626- Wednesday
obession600, GFunk - Thursday

I\'m calling everday.

The days I assigned people are random.  If your day is bad for you let me know.

If I forgot anyone or if anyone else would like to participate please post to this thread.

Thanks
Brian
