I said 2, not a bunch and a link.

AS220 is where Funkatronic plays a lot. Know nothing about it.

I thought Lupo\'s was just at the Strand. Do they have another venue as well?

What clubs in been in?
Love many, trust few and don\'t be late.

not in Providence, but they could play the Ocean Mist in Matunuck.  they still got the Wheelhouse.

and they could always go back to the Living Room, or even play Tazza, the place isn\'t big, but neither is the Breakfast.

The Ocean Mist is a nice place. If I remember correctly its in the middle of nowhere.

correct. not a bad place during school cuz it\'s just down the road from URI. Tazza wouldn\'t be able to hold the Breakfast plus they are more of a Jazz Club.

I\'ve been to just about every place on that list i gave you. plus there is a new alternative/ punk club that just opened up in Prov. but i haven\'t been there yet. I think AS220 would be the best bet. prolly about the same size as the Century Lounge. Lupo\'s would have to be an opening gig they hold a couple thousand people.

WOW thats a blast from the past

We used to religiously go to the Ocean Mist. Monday Night was $3 cover with a band and all you can eat taco night. we used to catch Fox Trot there as well as the Ravers and some other bands all the time.

The deck on the back is right over the water. It is a pretty cool place. We used to live on Jerusalem Beach which is the very next exit.

Not sure what it is like now but it was the deadhead bar IMHO when we were at URI. usually a much more mellow crowd than the Bon View Inn and the few others that were around

My mom and her husband owned a sweet place right on Salt Pond right near the Marina. The place was awesome. had its own dock. the yard dropped off in to the water and they had a protected marsh land to the left of them so only neighbors on the right and it was the end of a private road.

Unfortunately they bought the place after I graduated from URI (probably wise of them ;) ) and have since sold the place and now live in CT.

I miss RI. I would have probably have stayed there but I figured the job market was going to better down here.

Hmmm could that picture be of Foxtrot Zulu, or former members of said band.....

Northampton, MA (or fire and water cafe - acoustic)

The notion brings a smile to my face, though the place closed some 4-5 years ago.  Nothing like going back to a venue you sold out in early 2000!  It would rock.

You\'re thinking of TK. He\'s a genuine dude and an amazing multi-talented musician.  Man those guys were fun back in the day.
