I also happened to log on to Jambase today and noticed some new listings.  At first I saw Black Rock and thought it was the Black Rock Desert - where Burning Man is held each Labor Day week.

They are also listed for the Ossipee Valley Bluegrass Festival in Maine.

This place used to be called Arizona Flats.

Looks like they did a nice job fixing it up.

Does not look like a rock band kinda place.
