Forum began in 2003 - no prior discussion of setlists exists (with the exception of the old Yahoo Groups archive).

Would be a quite the project for whoever wanted to create several hundred new threads.

I never noticed those.  

Looks like D.Peck must have started building in the historical setlists back in 2007 but never covered the next 3 years in the sequence.
