Did anyone get pissed when Deep Banana Blackout covered P-Funk songs, Leftover Salmon covered Bill Monroe songs, Phish playing entire albums or John Scofield covering Miles Davis songs? **** up, music is meant to be shared and bring happiness to people and I also would have trouble believing that anyone bitched back in the day when all those jazz forefathers played each others songs. I mean wouldn\'t it be nice to hear other people interpretations of other songs, or better yet play the songs of the people the looked up to or may have gotten them into music to begin with? We all know \'em and love \'em so what\'s the difference who plays \'em. Christ.
