Accusations have surfaced concerning Buquebus and its victory in the Tournament of Tunes. Although it was a clear favorite in the competition rumors of blood doping may tarnish Buquebus\'s crown. Apparently there is a discrepancy concerning the midi-chlorian count sample taken at the beginning of the tourney and the sample taken before the championship round. Buquebus was unable to be reached for comment.

i think it\'s pretty obvious the buquebus has an ever elevating midi-chlorian count level which would make the test inaccurate.

After reviewing audio from earlier Buquebus appearances this year, judges have determined that the song\'s midi-chlorian levels made remarkable jumps between performances. They are now working on implementing testing that will occur frequently over a longer time period before the tournament as well as during it. Under condition of anonymity one judge revealed the following, "Buquebus has exposed us as fools for thinking that we could properly measure and track the power of the song at a molecular level. We apologize for any problems or embarrassment this situation may have caused for Buquebus. Buquebus is a true winner unlike that cheater, Floyd Landis."
