  With that being said, I have been thinking about hats for sometime now. Good to see someone has taking the inititive.

  
  Since they would come out to roughly 15-20 bucks I was thinking we could charge about $25, with the remainder to go to the band.
  
  Keep  in mind here if we do use the logo w/ the b I haven\'t asked anyone if this is ok, I just wanted to see if people would be interested, and it seems people are, so I doubt there would be a problem.

  oh my, that would be an awesome hat. It would probably be expensive. It would also be wierd to have "PB" on new merch. Sticking with the more modern logo might be in our best interest.

  Somebody back in the day once got a PawSox hat, cut off the P, and sewed it onto a Red Sox hat to make it "PB"

  
  
  Yeah, the copyright thing is pretty important. I\'d say use the font of B from the team, but use the string "B\'fast" on the front, with something cool over the back.
  
  Hoodies are good ideas too. If this is really going to happen, why not create a thread for logo ideas to submit to the band, with the creator getting some credit of course so they (their lawyers etc) could check it against existing trade marks - like the red sox - and copyright/trade mark it themselves.
  
  If they are "all offical" like that, or this could just be - as I think it is - a non-licensed fan-based operation thingy.

• a caricature drawing of the band would be bad ass on a shirt or a hoodie. simple, just the four of them standing there with their instruments, cartoon-like, exaggerated features. you could put "The Breakfast" anywhere.

• I talked to a few people about this idea on sat, and deceided to try and refresh interest in this idea.  Even if we can\'t get enough to fill an entire order perhaps we can sell the remainder on the merch table.

  SO I would like to get another count on this
  
  For now (until we can get a better idea of what we\'re working with here) I would like to keep it simple with the B logo on the front, on a black hat (yes Flexfit) after all our ducks are in a row we can discuss throwing another logo/tagline on back.
