You may as well change your name from Wolfman to Fluffhead for all the self-post fluffing you do around here. I kid, I kid.

I can\'t believe four schools actually fielded teams worse than theirs. And I thought Syracuse had a bad football team!

I\'d like to see them do a southern tour again, and I don\'t even live there. It\'s just been a looong time since they\'ve played anywhere south of d.c. region

or even dc

i would love for them to play dc. please do.

And all this is happening in Ohio, one of the most football-serious states in the country!  How can this even be allowed to happen?

Ohio sucks at football, the same way the New York sucks at baseball

**** DC play Baltimore.  Or Towson.  The Recher in Towson is sick and there are schools right there.  DC sucks IMO

stop being a whiny **** klout.  you know the band is not gonna cancel the oberlin show for you.  and plus you know they throwdown wherever the **** they are.  who knows- these clueless noobs as you call them will probably get their faces pwned.  (jesus christ, i cant believe i just typed that).  not everyone can be as spoiled as ct and upstate ny folks.  i mean ****- this thread is about boston and how the band doesnt play here.  i dont really care where they play, who they play for quite frankly b/c i\'m moving out of the northeast.  i have come to terms that i\'m just going to have to wait every 2 years to see them when i\'m out in california.  if you are a ser fan, why can\'t you just support the band and their decisions...wouldn\'t you like to see the succeed...someday??  and plus- as adrian said, the other 2 surrounding shows "are going to be special."  why can\'t you just take it?

oms- i\'m on your side buddy.  there a lot of po-dunk places out in usa that should get their throats kicked in by the band.  so then maybe they\'ll have other **** to listen to besides creed or 3 doors down

oh my god, wait, someone complained about something they didn\'t like on a message board? What is this world coming to!!!

Obviously the band is getting something out of playing this show that they feel is going to help them, be it monetary or exposure, or both. It\'s not like they\'re never going to play anywhere in the northeast again. If you apply the stephengencs theory of every show is the best show ever, than whatever show they play after oberlin will blow it away, and most of you will probably be at that one. I miss shows I want to see all the time, such as upnorth, which is pissing me off even more now that I know joc is going as well, but that\'s life. I\'ll see the band again, I\'ll hang out with my friends some other time and if you can\'t do it that one night, c\'est la vive. Does it suck that most of us are going to miss a halloween show? absolutely. If I miss this one, it would be the 2nd ever I was not at*. Am I pissed at the thought of it? you bet it. Just like I was last year at new years when I was in ct by myself because I had to work in the morning but them the breaks. I think more exposure is what the band needs right now so if this is the plan, I hope they get it. If they go out there and only 10 people come, I hope they make a shitload of money then to justify it, but it\'s there livelihood, not mine.

*was not there in 98, but the first freakout was 99 so yea, haha. I did miss the show in providence that year although I was at the show the night before. Also, that was in november, so it doesn\'t really count.
