THE OWEN BROTHERS\' VAULT

Bill Graham Memorial - November 3, 1991
Polo Ground, Golden Gate Park - San Francisco, CA
Soundboard Recording - RoIO CD\'s - Zeus Records (2000)
SBD: RoIO CD>EAC>Flac>WAV>DC6>CD
Files from an Internet flac download
Editing amd Mastering by The Wizard - Owenbrothersvault@hotmail.com
(Patch Source:AUD: MC>SBM-1>DAT>HHB800Pro>CD>EAC>DC6>WAV)
Both the Audience and the Soundboard are available from The Owen Brothers Vault.

This RoIO set from Zeus had a lot of issues... a lot of the songs were out of order.
Also, quite a bit was missing... All of DDBB, Bobby McFerrin, Orin Lyons & Robin Williams...
Songs were put in the proper order (based on the Audience tape). Equalization was done on a set
by set basis to match up the sound. Gain was adjusted on most sets, some were very low, (-12dB!)
A harmonic reject filter was used in some sections to reduce a noticable 60 cycle hum.
Missing parts were patched from the Audience source, patches were adjusted sonically
to match up well (primarily gain adjustments and equalization). Patched areas noted in list.
Assorted gliches, pops and other defects corrected.
All editing done with Diamond Cut DC6 software.

Yeah those were all really really good shows. The ones following Bill Graham\'s death were intense to say the least and that last NYE run was fun.

The 12/28 show w/ the Phil on Lead Bass in Foolish Heart is some sick shit! The jam from Playin\' into Same Thing is fuckin\' Dead Blues at its best. Oh yeah and the trick opening/ending w/ Sat. Nite was cool.
12/30 listen closer to the Dear Prudence jam and you can hear it starts as more of a Mind left body jam.

don\'t know if I have any 91 era. Is it worth the download? I have and really really like the hartford and jersey shows from 90 though, so I\'ll probably like these.

Thanks for the link freddie!

if anyone is really looking for Grateful Dead there is  a fairly new torrent site

http://www.jeromesplace.net

You have to sign up and give them a reason why they should accept you but rarely circulated stuff is there.

A guy mastering some of Kyles analog masters has been seeding them there

Looking back, I think it was the 10/15/83 Space>Stephen Jam>St. Stephen that induced my first total out of body experience.

The guy putting up the mega-torrents just started a torrent forum www.terrapinnation.net. He will be hosting future mega-torrents there in a short time.
