Not to ruin the movie for anyone, but J-Lo\'s character in Jersey Girl dies around the 15 minute mark of the movie.  So she\'s not such an important chartacter in the movie as Liv Tyler\'s role takes on.
The best music is essentially there to provide you something to face the world with - Bruce Springsteen

I went to a special screening a month or so ago. George does have a large role in the movie. He plays Ben\'s father in the movie.

Smith has said the test scores from the screening were extremely high. And for good reason. They only wanted non-Kevin Smith fans into the screening. My friend and I were separated from the others because we marked "Kevin Smith" as a reason for wanting to attend the screening on a prelim questionaire. They finally let us in along with a few others they had deemed "Kevin Smith Fans".

The movie itself was okay. Don\'t expect any outrageous shenanigans. Kevin Smith plays it straight. That said, I do hope the movie does well for Kevin. I may go see it just to see if any changes were made. It\'ll be interesting to see how well the movie does.

It\'s worth pointing out; this is NOT the official trailer. Kevin\'s posted on the board tonight after the trailer was leaked. Miramax made this from shot footage to show at ShoWest (which is why it says "Now In Production", though the film has wrapped shooting).

Apparently, the reception for it was pretty good.
