It is going to be a fest to remember. ALO and UM just got added along w/The Arcade Fire. Wishin\' The Breakfast would play but I guess Freakout tradition will take precedence.

Jam in the Dam...JamCruise...Vegoose...(sorry gotta do it) Bonnaroo...

The jam scene certainly is supporting more and more mega-cost, elitist affairs that involve tons of money and huge corporate organizers.  The whole deal is no secret anymore, that\'s for sure.  We\'re still at a good point in terms of being able to see individual bands for reasonable costs, but there are more and more signs every day that things are headed in a bad direction.    

Thank god most of the bands still aren\'t that popular.  Imagine if most people actually liked jambands...$35 bucks a whack to see  Brothers Past at Worcester Centrum, or $50-$100 face value on seats to see MMW at the FleetCenter.  But you cannot actually get face value tickets because they sold out in 4 minutes and you didn\'t get through, so you pay stubhub $80 a whack for 400 level.  Could it ever happen?

As far as Vegoose goes, it\'s definitely a cool concept.  I would go if I were loaded.

Yeah I can see it being a bit much to fly out and all.I just live so close and absolutely love Las Vegas combined with the Jam scene. Ever since GD in \'91, Vegas and jam music just seem made for each other.

Well some Late nite shows have been announced and it looks like I got a moe. show on friday, Cheese on Sat. (that or gambling the night away lol).Phil on Sunday night and then PANIC HALLOWEEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh boy!!!!!!!! along w/ the festival this is going to be so much fun. Oh lordy!

Just got my Trey latenite, mailordering Phil show today, now I just need moe. on Sat. thank goodness I like SCI but I\'ll get enough @ the fest. I was for sure doing Panic for halloween but rumor of an Oysterhead sighting is keeping me from jumping on WSP just yet!

Yeah struggling to hear your favorite band and being frustrated as hell or taking a chance w/ priceline in finding a cheap flight and perhaps finding yourself having the best Non Breakfast time of your life.
I got room @ no charge for anyone that wants to come it\'s floor space but free.
